Fully personalized, the Yoga classes that we offer will allow you to work on several areas at the same time:

It's up to you to choose the style of course you are looking for and to specify to your teacher if you want to work on a particular theme or chakra (self-confidence, anchoring, etc.)

Hatha Yoga
The traditional
Traditional and complete yoga class, including breathing exercises (pranayama), active postures, stretching and final meditation (Savasana). Each posture is held for a minimum of five breaths. Active & Passive at the same time, it is perfect for people looking for the true essence of Yoga as well as its many benefits: Relaxation, flexibility, stress and emotion management. Yoga being synonymous with Union, Hatha allows the union of the two opposing energies Ha (Solar) and Tha (Lunar), in order to find balance within oneself.

Power Yoga
The modern
Yoga class focused on muscle and mental strengthening. The postures are active and held longer than in a classic class. From a more spiritual point of view, power yoga works mainly on our 3 lower chakras, thus strengthening confidence and self-esteem, reviving one's inner strength and improving one's anchoring to the Earth

Flow Yoga
The dynamic
Fluid, almost dance-like yoga, perfect for people looking to get back in shape or who are not sure they can stay in place in a traditional yoga class. Dynamic and demanding, this class is followed at a fast pace, up to one breath per movement. While increasing the heart rate, its fast and chained movements can bring you into a trance state

Yin Yoga
The restaurateur
Gentle and meditative yoga class allowing deep muscle recovery. The postures are passive and held for 5 minutes, breathing is slow and deep, the body stretches as the breaths go by Highly recommended for athletes, or people wishing to gain flexibility From a more spiritual point of view, yin yoga allows you to reach a modified state of consciousness and helps to release physical and emotional blockages.

Yoga - Pilates
The perfect mix
A subtle mix between a Hatha Yoga class and a Pilates class. Here, the inspiration is done through the nose but the expiration is done through the mouth. As in a Classical Yoga class, this session includes breathing, anchoring, stretching and a final meditation (Savasana) with the difference that in each posture movements are added, thus allowing to work more in depth on dynamic muscle strengthening. A class as physical as it is soothing
